As a founder
of 2Xchange, Mr. Meade has played an integral role in developing
the Company's business model, systems and strategy. Upon consummation
of the Offering, he will continue to guide the Company's strategic
direction along with the Company's executive management team. In April 1999 Mr. Meade, along with Mr. Gerometta, co-founded Sitevisions.com, a provider of website design and related e-commerce services. Prior to Sitevisions.com, Mr. Meade was the founder and CEO of VirtualSellers.com ("VDOT"), a provider of transaction processing services for Internet-based e-tailers founded in 1996. VDOT was acquired by a $16 million dollar public corporation that now has a market capitalization of $700 million. VDOT is a leader and pioneer in the e-commerce transaction-processing field. At VDOT, Mr. Meade has created several unique Internet-based shopping flows, simplified order processing and transaction systems with order completion rates 300% above industry averages. Prior to founding VDOT, Mr. Meade was a regional vice president with Travelers Group, a Fortune 500 financial services company. His responsibilities included hiring and training a sales force with full commission positions. He was licensed in the insurance and securities industries and held a Series 6 & 63 license as well as Series 26 Principle's license. Mr. Meade is a proven entrepreneur and leader, with a unique ability to network within high profile organizations. A graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Mr. Meade started in business when he was 18 and owned several retail businesses. He has co-written three books, which were marketed through seminars, newspapers and infomercials nationwide.
